GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: What services do you offer?

We offer a full range of professional sound services including music recording, voiceovers, dubbing, mixing, mastering, sound design, and audio post-production for films, advertisements, podcasts, and more.

We operate Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday sessions are available by prior appointment only.

RECORDING & PRODUCTION

Q: What equipment do you use?

We use industry-standard microphones, preamps, and digital workstations including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, and Ableton Live. Our studio is acoustically treated for premium sound quality.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your instruments, beats, or any pre-recorded material you’d like to incorporate.

 

Yes. We work with artists and clients across all genres — from classical and jazz to hip-hop, pop, rock, and electronic.

MIXING & MASTERING

Q: What’s the difference between mixing and mastering?

Mixing involves balancing and enhancing individual audio tracks, while mastering polishes the final stereo mix for optimal playback across all systems. Both are essential for a professional sound.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project. Typically, mixing takes 1–3 days and mastering takes 1–2 days.

Yes, clients are welcome to attend in person or review drafts remotely via email or cloud link.

VOICEOVER & DUBBING

Q: Do you provide voiceover artists?

Yes, we have access to a pool of professional voiceover talent in multiple languages. We can help you select the right voice for your project.

Yes. We specialize in lip-sync dubbing for regional and international content, ensuring accurate timing and emotional delivery.

DELIVERABLES & FILES

Q: In what formats will I receive my final files?

We deliver audio in WAV, MP3, or any other format required by the client. For video projects, synced and mixed audio can be exported in the desired specifications.

Project files (like Pro Tools sessions) can be shared upon request at an additional fee, depending on the agreement.

PAYMENT & POLICIES

Q: What are your rates?

Our rates vary depending on the service, project scope, and duration. Please contact us for a customized quote.

We accept UPI, bank transfers, cash, and online payment methods like Google Pay and Paytm.

Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please inform us as early as possible in case of rescheduling.
