• Only the purchasing client is granted rights to use the files in their projects.

• Soundstage grants a royalty-free license for original use.

• Licensing is non-exclusive and covers the lifetime of the copyright period.

• You may not host, stream, or share the files without written permission.

By accessing the delivered files, you agree to abide by these terms.

Refund Policy

Studio Services:

Refunds may be issued only if one or more of the following conditions are met (*required):

• Your bank or UPI/PayPal account was fraudulently charged.

• You provide a valid reason for refund.

• Work on your project has not yet started. *

We cannot refund once audio editing, mixing, or mastering has commenced.

Digital Downloads (if applicable):

Refunds may be issued if:

• Your bank/UPI was charged fraudulently.

• The download has not been accessed or downloaded. *

We cannot refund if the digital content has been accessed.

Physical Goods (if applicable):

We currently do not offer physical product delivery.

Delivery Policy

• Studio Services: Final files (mixes, masters, etc.) are delivered via email or download link, based on the service timeline selected during booking.

• Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email and available under your “My Downloads” area (if applicable).
